Patricia Premeau is a State Bar of Arizona Certified Real Estate Specialist and respected litigator who navigates complex commercial and real property disputes with a sharp, analytical edge. Her practice spans the entire dispute resolution spectrum—from strategic negotiation and risk mitigation through trial and appeals.

With over three decades of experience, Patty represents clients in high stakes matters involving:

• Real Estate Litigation: As a certified specialist, Patty handles a comprehensive range of real property matters, including commercial lease negotiations and disputes, specific performance, non-disclosures disputes, quiet title actions, partitions, adverse possession, easements, encroachments, deed restrictions, title disputes, lien foreclosures, lending disputes, and commercial FEDs (forcible entry and detainer).

• Commercial & Business Litigation: In her broader commercial practice, Patty represents businesses and partners in complex contractual and corporate disputes. Her experience includes handling contracts, partnership and shareholder disputes (including medical marijuana business disputes), dissolutions and receiverships, as well as non-solicit and non-compete agreements.

A former clerk at the Arizona Court of Appeals, she leverages her deep understanding of judicial mechanics to give clients a distinct advantage at both the trial and appellate levels.
