Andrew R. O’Keefe is an associate attorney with our Commercial Litigation and Bankruptcy Practices. Prior to joining Engelman Berger, he served as a judicial law clerk to the Hon. Daniel P. Collins, United States Bankruptcy Court, District of Arizona from 2022–23, where he had the opportunity to gain first-hand court experience and learn from an esteemed judge in the Arizona community.
Andrew attended the University of Arizona for both his undergraduate degree and law school. In law school, Andrew excelled as a legal writer and was awarded the best persuasive brief in his Legal Research, Analysis, and Writing class. He was also selected to be on the Arizona Law Review (University of Arizona’s flagship journal) and served as a Note Editor. Furthermore, he was awarded a CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Business Reorganizations and Bankruptcy. Andrew takes pride in using his legal skills to serve Engelman Berger’s clients in an efficient, cost-effective manner.
