Premeau will take part in two educational sessions on Saturday, July 11, addressing some of the most significant legal issues facing the escrow and title industry:
- Her solo presentation, “If It Goes to Court,” will provide attendees with insights into the litigation process, legal risks, and strategies for navigating disputes when real estate transactions become contested.
- She will also participate in “The School of Hard Claims,” a panel discussion examining real-world claims scenarios and lessons learned from complex title and escrow matters.
With more than 30 years of experience, Premeau represents commercial entities and individuals in complex real estate and business matters. Her practice focuses on real estate litigation, including title disputes, commercial lease matters, boundary/access disputes, lending conflicts, and other high-stakes property issues, as well as business and corporate litigation involving contracts, partnerships, shareholder disputes and dissolutions.
The Arizona State Escrow Association’s Annual Education Conference is one of the state’s premier professional development events for escrow professionals, bringing together industry leaders, legal experts, and practitioners to discuss emerging issues, best practices, and trends affecting Arizona’s real estate and title industries.
