Premeau’s program is on Friday, June 26, 2026, from 2 p.m. to 5:15 p.m., entitled “And Chaos Ensues: Litigating the Intersection Between Botched Real Estate Investments and Angry Investors Out for Blood.” The session – a panel discussion – will examine what happens when real estate projects promoted as “low risk, high return” collapse – triggering investor losses, competing claims, and complex litigation.
