As a certified specialist, Patty handles a comprehensive range of real estate litigation matters, including commercial lease negotiations and disputes, specific performance, non-disclosures disputes, quiet title actions, partitions, adverse possession, easements, encroachments, deed restrictions, title disputes, lien foreclosures, lending disputes, and commercial FEDs (forcible entry and detainer).
In her broader commercial practice, Premeau represents businesses and partners in complex contractual and corporate disputes. Her experience includes handling contracts, partnership and shareholder disputes (including medical marijuana business disputes), dissolutions and receiverships, as well as non-solicit and non-compete agreements.
Premeau is a three-time graduate of Arizona State University, earning B.A. and Master of Counseling degrees before obtaining her Juris Doctor cum laude from ASU’s College of Law. She is active in numerous professional organizations, including the State Bar of Arizona’s Real Property, Construction, and Trial Practice Sections. She also holds an “AV,” or Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell, which recognizes the highest levels of professional excellence and ethical standards.
