Shelley is a go-to attorney for corporations of all types and sizes, entrepreneurs to large private and public companies, from formation through exit. In this role, she provides informed guidance on a variety of business matters including commercial contracts, loan agreements, licensing agreements, supply and distribution agreements, and the acquisition and sale of assets and securities.
Having started her legal career with a global firm based in New York City, she gained invaluable experience in international mergers and acquisitions and sophisticated financing transactions. Additionally, as an attorney who launched and managed a successful two-attorney firm prior to joining the firm, she also recognizes and understands issues facing smaller businesses.
Shelley also specializes in securities law, specifically advising private companies and investors on legal issues and compliance with the issuing, buying and selling of stocks, bonds and other securities.
