Scott B. Cohen is a Phoenix based commercial bankruptcy attorney who represents banks, lenders, landlords, guarantors, committees, and other creditors in bankruptcy, creditors’ rights matters, loan workouts, business turnarounds, Chapter 11 reorganizations, receiverships, bankruptcy litigation, and commercial litigation.
