Matthew Klopp represents individual professionals and businesses in complex disputes and litigation throughout Arizona. With experience in both state and federal courts – as well as before Arizona’s professional licensing and regulatory boards – Matt provides strategic legal counsel grounded in practical, real-world solutions. His practice includes complex commercial litigation, appellate litigation, construction litigation and real estate matters, from transactions to litigation. Additionally, he assists professionals before regulatory boards with advice, proactive guidance, and compliance.
