Cindy K. Solomon, CP is a Certified Paralegal with more than 25 years of experience in litigation, commercial bankruptcy, creditors’ rights, real property trustee’s sales, and collections. She is experienced in civil litigation at the federal and state levels, including recent e-discovery issues. In real property issues, Cindy’s expertise spans the areas of trustee’s sales, chain of title analysis, and title insurance issues. She has assisted in judgment enforcement, UCC sales, provisional remedies, and asset recovery analysis. Cindy’s extensive bankruptcy trial experience includes the preparation of electronic exhibits during witness testimony. In 1999, Cindy received her paralegal certification through the National Association of Legal Assistants.
