Partner Bradley D. Pack of Engelman Berger will speak at the 2025 Southwest Bankruptcy Conference, hosted by the American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI). The event will be held August 25–27 at the Ritz-Carlton Bacara in Santa Barbara, Calif. The firm is also serving as a bronze sponsor of the conference.

Pack will take part in the “Luncheon Plenary: Mini Debates” session on Tuesday, August 26, from 1-2 p.m. The panel will feature a lively discussion about recent developments in bankruptcy case law and emerging trends in the bankruptcy practice. Pack will be joined on the panel by Brett Axelrod of Fox Rothschild; Robert Charles of Womble Bond Dickinson; and Bill Rochelle of the ABI.
At Engelman Berger, Pack represents creditors and debtors in Chapter 11 bankruptcies, receiverships, and complex loan workouts. He also handles commercial litigation on behalf of lending institutions and businesses in loan and contract disputes. His appellate experience includes cases before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Ninth Circuit Bankruptcy Appellate Panel, and the Arizona Court of Appeals.
