Rick Carter brings more than four decades of litigation experience, including extensive jury trial work in Arizona, California, Utah, Wyoming and New Mexico. He has represented corporate clients and individuals in complex commercial litigation, class actions, construction defect claims, insurance disputes, and employment-related matters. Beyond the courtroom, Carter has held senior executive roles in the healthcare sector, including as chief legal officer and vice president for large behavioral health organizations. He oversaw legal affairs, compliance, investigations, contracting, and risk management across multi-site operations with hundreds of employees.
Matt Klopp represents businesses and individuals in complex disputes throughout Arizona. With experience in both state and federal courts – as well as before Arizona’s professional licensing and regulatory boards – Klopp provides strategic legal counsel grounded in practical, real-world solutions. His practice includes complex commercial litigation, appellate litigation, construction litigation and real estate matters, from transactions to litigation. Additionally, he assists professionals before regulatory boards with advice, proactive guidance, and compliance.
